Production Process of MDF Board 密度板生产流程

1.削片

密度板的原材料是将木材分离成纤维而制成的,削片则是其中重要的一步工序,主要将松杂木材削成符合生产规格的木片,以备热为纤维分离提供更好的条件。

Wood Chipping

The raw material of MDF board is made by cutting the wood into fiber, and chipping is one of the important steps. It mainly cuts the pine wood into wood chips so as to provide better conditions for fiber separation.Prepare for the next stage of fiber separation work

2.热磨

将削片车间削出的木片经预热蒸煮,机械分离得出纤维。热磨工序的好坏,决定了密度板的产品质量

Hot mill
The wood chips cut from the chipping stage are preheated, cooked and mechanically separated by refiner to obtain wood fibers. The quality of MDF board is determined by the quality of this process

3纤维干燥

热磨磨出的纤维加上施胶使得纤维含水率达到百分之四十至百分之五十,如不经干燥处理纤维难以适应后续工段,在本工艺段主要控制干燥温度在165℃左右,不会引起树脂预固化,从而影响板的静曲(MOR)和拉搞(IB),等力学性能。
fiber drying
First,glue should be mixed into the fiber, After mixing with glue, the moisture content of board fiber reaches 40% to 50%, which needs to be dried for subsequent production
In this process, the drying temperature is mainly controlled at 165 ℃, which will not cause resin pre curing, thus affecting the mechanical properties such as mor and IB.

铺装

铺装工序是将干燥后在纤维料仓贮存一段时间的纤维,被吸进顶部,使纤维均匀分布在下面的传送带上,通常厚度为230-610毫米。经过预压缩,或者直接送至连续热压机
Forming
Forming stage is to store the dried fiber in the fiber silo for a period of time, and then dry fibre gets sucked into the top , which evenly distributes fibre into a uniform mat below it,usually of 230–610 mm thickness. The mat is precompressed and either sent straight to a continuous hot press or cut into large sheets for a multiple-opening hot press

热压
热压是密度板生产制造的一道重要工序,对产品质量和产量起着决定性的作用。它是在热量和压力的联合作用下,板坯中的水分气化,蒸发、密度增加、胶粘剂、防水剂重新分布,原料中的各组分发生一系列变化,从而使纤维间形成各种结合力,使产品达到并符合质量要求的过程。

Hot pressing
Hot pressing is an important process in the production of density board, which plays a decisive role in product quality and output. Under the combined action of heat and pressure, the moisture in the slab vaporizes, the density increases and the adhesive redistributes. A process in which various components in raw materials change in a series to form various binding forces between fibers and make products meet and meet quality requirements.
