Yuhua Wood based-Panel’s annual output of 150,000 m³ high-density ultra-thin fiberboard production line entered trial production

 

近日,贵港市江沅誉桦板业有限公司年产15万m³高密度超薄纤维板生产线顺利完成安装调试,首板成功下线并进入试生产阶段。

 

Recently, Guigang Yuhua Wood based-Panel has successfully completed the installation of the high-density ultra-thin fiberboard production line ,with an annual output of 150,000 m³. The first panel was successfully produced and the whole line has began the trial production.

该生产线采用了亚联连续平压、铺装及相关配套设备技术,其中压机长21.7米,配带有重压滚的板坯预热系统,压板厚度1.0-8.0mm,出板速度150m/min,日产能350-450 m³,生产线投产后主要生产高端砂光板和亚光超薄板。

The production line uses continuous pressing, forming and related su technology from Yalian machinery. The continuous pressing machine is 21.7 meters long, equipped with a mat preheating system with heavy pressing rollers. The thickness of the pressing plate is 1.0-8.0mm. The speed of output is as high as 150m/ min, Daily production capacity can reach 350-450 m. After putting into production, it will mainly produce high-end sanding boards and matte ultra-thin boards.

In 2020, Yalian Machinery overcame the negative impact of the coronavirus epidemic and successfully sold multiple fiberboard and particleboard continuous press production lines. For example, Xingang Group ultra-thin production line, with the design speed of 3000mm/s.  Bazhong Jianfeng High-strength Particleboard line with a daily output of 2000m³.And Nanning Ketian Multilayer Board composite wood-wool project,etc.

该项目位于广西贵港市港北区根竹乡根竹村,占地300亩。誉桦板业有限公司目前在广西有2个生产基地共3条生产线,总产能约有55万m³/年。

The project is located in Genzhu Village, Genzhu Township, Gangbei District, Guigang City, Guangxi, covering an area of 300 acres. Yuhua Wood based-Panel currently has 2 production bases and 3 production lines in Guangxi, with a total production capacity of approximately 550,000 m³/year.
